  • Maintaining accurate space records and occupancy information
  • Providing space data, analysis, and reporting
  • Conducting space audits and surveys
  • Offering space-related advice and guidance

The Space Change Request process can be used to request changes to existing space or additional space. As space across the University is limited, requests should demonstrate that existing space is being used effectively.

Please note: Space in the multi-storey side of the Humanities building cannot be allocated.

Space Principles

Careful use of resources and more intensive use of space are integral to the future growth of the University and the delivery of our sustainability ambitions. To create an active and vibrant campus while reducing carbon emissions and energy use, we need to make better use of existing space and operate with a smaller footprint.
