Wellbeing and Student Support

Wellbeing and Student Support will be closed on Friday, 3 April and Monday, 6 April. We are otherwise open over the Easter break, with consultation sessions being offered from Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm via the Wellbeing Portal. You can also call Wellbeing and Student Support on 024 7657 5570.

You can speak with an RCA at your Residences’ HubLink opens in a new window from 17:30 – 21:30, 7 days a week except Statutory & Customary Holidays.

Easter opening hours:

From Saturday 02 May, we will revert to our normal opening hours:

• Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 20:00
• Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays | 10:00 - 18:00

Main Library: Central Campus

The main library will be open as usual (Mon-Sun- 24/7). The helpdesk will continue to operate from 8am to 8pm.

Learning Grid at Rootes

• The Learning Grids will re-open on Tuesday 7 April 2026, resuming normal working hours (Mon-Sun: 8am-10pm)

Chaplaincy

Chaplaincy will remain open over the Easter break.

• ·The Islamic Prayer Hall is open 24/7 and access to the Chaplaincy Centre is between 7:30am and 10.30pm.

• Access for staff and students is by University ID card only.
