If you are living within the Coventry/Leamington or Kenilworth area, we encourage you to register with our campus based National Health Service (NHS) Health CentreLink opens in a new window who will be on hand to help you with any of your health issues.

You will be able to register with the Health Centre via the Enrolment Dashboard.Link opens in a new window

You'll need the following information to register:

• Term-time address - if you are living on campus you will not know your term time address in advance, therefore, you will be asked to provide permission for the University to pass your address details to the Health Centre to complete your registration.
• NHS number - if you are an international student new to the UK you will not have an NHS number, however if you have obtained a visa to enter the UK please supply your IHS number instead.
• Dates of immunisations - which can be obtained from your current doctor's practice.
• Details of any current medication

We strongly recommend you download the NHS app where you can order prescriptions, view your medical records, manage referrals and contact NHS 111 online.

Please note:

• You do not need to re register at the Health Centre if you registered there at the start of your course.
• You will remain registered until your leaving date which you provide to us at the point of registration, even if you move off campus or out of area.
• At the end of your course if you are staying in the area you will be offered to remain registered at the Health Centre for a further year.

• If you return home during vacation - you can still request phone calls from our clinical team here. If you do visit a GP back home please ensure this is a Temporary Registration - If you register back at your home surgery you will automatically be removed from here which can delay your healthcare once you return to university.
