If you need to report a maintenance issue in your accommodation, the Invida Resolve app is the quickest way to let us know. To help us fix things quickly and safely, please only report issues in your own room/kitchen. Can't use the app? No problem, just pop into your Residence Hub, and the team there will help you report the issue.

Do you have money-saving tips to share? We're looking for the best video on how to save money as a student. The top two videos will be featured on our webpages and social media accounts, and winners will receive a £50 voucher. Closing date for entries is 12pm on Sunday, 15 March. Winners will be contacted via email and announced in Term 3 Week 1!
