Join us to learn about the importance of breathwork and how to use breathing techniques to benefit both your physical and mental wellbeing. The session is open to all and is designed to give you take away strategies that you can use in those stressful moments or every day.
We have three, free, one-hour workshops running on Thursday 11th May taking place at the Sports & Wellbeing Hub. Light refreshments will be provided after the workshop has taken place. These workshops are brought to you in collaboration with Disability Services, Warwick Sport & Sapranah.
