We’re excited to share some important news that will enhance your apprenticeship journey with the University of Warwick. Starting from August 2024, we will be implementing Aptem, a new and improved platform for managing your apprenticeship.

Why This Change?

Aptem is designed to provide you with a better, more streamlined experience as you progress through your apprenticeship. Here’s what you can look forward to:

• User-Friendly Experience: Aptem offers a more intuitive and easy-to-use interface, making it simpler for you to access your learning materials, track your progress, and complete tasks.
• Advanced E-Portfolio: The new platform features a dynamic e-portfolio where you can easily upload and showcase your work, track your achievements, and receive feedback from your tutors.
• Improved Communication: With Aptem, staying in touch with your tutors and employers will be easier than ever. You’ll have better tools to keep up with messages, updates, and feedback.
• Real-Time Progress Tracking: You’ll have clearer insights into your progress, helping you stay on top of your learning goals and see how far you’ve come.

What You Need to Know

As we make the switch to Aptem, here’s what you can expect:

• Support and Training: We understand that new platforms can take some getting used to, so we’ll be providing training sessions and resources to help you get comfortable with Aptem.
• Timeline: Initially, apprentices who are new to the University will start using Aptem straight away. If you are an existing apprentice then don't worry if you haven't been invited to use Aptem yet as we are staggering the roll out functionality. We'll be in touch to give you more information in due course.
• Ongoing Assistance: Our support team will be available to answer any questions you might have and guide you through the transition.
