1. Accept your IFP offerLink opens in a new window
Now that you have received a decision on your application to study at Warwick, it is important that you tell us whether you want to accept or decline your offer. If you have any questions regarding this please contact the admissions service as soon as possible.
You should read your offer and any accompanying documents carefully, so you understand any conditions you are required to meet. If you have applied for more than one course you will be asked to accept the offer for one course and decline any additional courses so we can make places available to other candidates. You can accept your offer through the application portalLink opens in a new window.
2. Pay your deposit (if applicable)Link opens in a new window
We require students to pay a deposit to secure your offer. Your offer letter will clearly state if your course requires a deposit and how much is required.
To pay your deposit please visit the deposits pageLink opens in a new window.
*You will need to have set up your Warwick IT account in order to pay your deposit. If you haven't registered for an IT account and unable to gain access to your applicant portal please get in touch with our IT Help Desk here.
3. Meet the conditions of your offer
If you have been given a conditional offer, your place can only be confirmed once you have demonstrated that you have satisfied all of the conditions.
You can check your offer conditions in the applicant portalLink opens in a new window.
4. Our IFP Admissions team will contact IFP students who are holding an unconditional offer, and require a visa to study in the UK, approximately 3 months prior to the start date of your course.
Please look out for this email around the end of June and the beginning of July. For detailed information on the CAS process, please visit the CASLink opens in a new window webpage.
5. Apply for VisaLink opens in a new window
Once you have received your CAS number you will be able to apply for your visa. Your CAS will include details of the different documents you will need to prepare for your visa application but the Warwick Immigration Service also has lots of useful information to help guide applicants on the Warwick immigration pages.
We encourage all students to check their CAS carefully and to visit the immigration pages to become familiar with the visa application process and visa requirements. Please visit the Warwick Immigration ServiceLink opens in a new window.
