Time limit for studying in the UK:

There are limits to the total time you can spend studying in the UK on a Tier 4 Visa.

Periods of withdrawal or breaks in study are not discounted from the time limit for studying in the UK.

If after a period of temporary withdrawal you no longer have enough time in your Study Cap or you are ineligible for a Tier 4 Visa for any other reason, the University will be unable to issue a CAS for a new Tier 4 visa.

If you are not eligible for a Tier 4 visa, you may need to consider alternative Immigration Permissions that allow you to study in the UK. If you are not able to secure alternative suitable immigration permission for study you will be required to withdraw from Warwick.
