Welcome to the Pre-University Summer School 2027!

Don't forget to confirm your place on the pre-university summer school, please pay your deposit and full programme fees as soon as possible.

We're delighted that you're planning to join us for the Pre-University Summer School 2027!

There are some important things that you will need to do before joining us in July for the Pre-University Summer School, so we've put all this information together on these Offer Holder webpages. We will be updating these pages regularly and will also email you with any updates.

Pre-Arrival Forms

There are some important forms that we need you and your parents to complete before you can join the course. These will be available soon and you will be emailed updates of which ones you need to complete.

Airport Transfers

We are offering an airport pick-up and drop-off service for students who will be travelling to/from London Heathrow or Birmingham International Airport.

These will be available to book closer to the programme start date and you will receive an email when bookings open. Please only book your transfer if you have paid your deposit or full fee.

Course Handbook

We recommend that you read the course handbook ahead of your arrival for the course, as there is lots of useful information included that will help you to settle in quickly. The handbook for 2027 will be available closer to the programme start date.

Pre-Departure Briefings

There is a lot of joining information to process. In June, we hold online pre-departure briefings, where we will share some practical information with you and let you know what you can expect during your stay with us. You will also get a chance to ask us any questions you may have as you prepare for your travel.

Parent/Guardian Briefings

In June we will be holding Parent/ Guardian Briefings. This online session is designed to provide useful information about the Summer School and help you feel confident about your child's upcoming experience.

Setting up your Warwick IT account

You will have receive an email with your Warwick ID number on it and instructions on how to register for a Warwick account closer to the start of the programme.

Please note: We will need a recent photograph to appear on your ID card. Please read our photo guidance below uploading your photo. You can find our photo guidelines here.

Student Ambassadors

We have a wonderful team of ambassadors supporting students on the Pre-University Summer School programme this July.

You will be able to discover who will be the ambassadors on your programme and get to know all a bit more before you join the programme.
