Warwick Sustainability Induction Course

Environmental sustainability means making choices that protect the natural world and support a safe, healthy future for everyone. At the University of Warwick, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact and embedding sustainability across teaching, research, operations, and everyday life on campus.

This 20 mins mandatory staff and students training introduces how Warwick is responding to key environmental challenges, and how both students and staff can play a part. Whether you are new to the university or have been here for some time, your role matters.

In this training course, you will:

  • Learn the core principles of environmental sustainability
  • Explore how Warwick is reducing carbon emissions, improving energy use, and protecting biodiversity
  • Discover practical actions you can take in your role as a staff or student
  • Find out where to go for further learning and opportunities to get involved

Thank you for taking the time to engage with this training. We all have a part to play in creating a more sustainable university.
