Green Champions and 14001 litter pick

The Waste and Sustainability Teams have run a number of litter picks recently to support the Hedgehog Friendly Campus initiative. These have been a great success and bring many benefits to both people and wildlife. At the last 14001 meeting a number of members expressed an interest in getting involved so this session has been arranged for members as well as other Estates Green Champions.

The session will last approximately one hour - bags, gloves and pickers will be provided.

Please sign up below if you are interested in helping out!

NB: This session is for Estates Green Champions and members of the 14001 Group ONLY.

Why litter-picking will make you feel great:

  1. Clean the environment
  2. Help protect wildlife
  3. Create a safe environment for wildlife and for people
  4. Be part of the community and meet likeminded people
  5. Get some physical exercise and enjoy the fresh air
  6. Inspire others to make a difference
