International Women's Day 2020: Danielle Oreoluwa Jinadu
Location: OC1.06
Danielle Oreoluwa Jinadu is currently a Law Finalist at The University of Warwick and a full time disability advocate.
Despite her frequent hospitalisations since the age of 5 and the ongoing disruptions to her education, Danielle has not allowed her illness, Sickle Cell Anemia, to silence her. Instead she has utilised her voice as an agent for change in the Sickle Cell community. In 2019, she shared her experience of the “world's most foremost and at times lethal genetic blood disorder” through her TEDx Talk 'The Big Black Blood Issue '.
