We have officially marked the launch of Rate Your Landlord, an initiative celebrating the best landlords in our local area and to provide students with support in making good informed decisions about their next home.

Working in collaboration with Warwick Students’ Union and Unipol Student Homes, Rate Your Landlord encourages students, landlords, staff, local authority officers and councillors to come together to build support and celebrate the best landlords across Coventry and Warwickshire.

Rate Your Landlord is a review and ratings website that allows student tenants to leave feedback about their renting experiences, providing an open, fair and balanced forum for tenants to review their renting experience and for landlords to respond.
