Local NHS trust strengthens commitment to training and education with new facility

Acorn House was officially opened today (Wednesday 10 May) by Professor Stuart Croft, Vice-Chancellor and President of the University of Warwick. In August 2022 the Trust’s name changed, becoming South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust. This change reflects its ongoing commitment to working with higher education and increasing access to research.

University of Warwick to Host 'Rate Your Landlord' Awards on 25th April covering Coventry and Warwick District

This year’s awards will take place at the University of Warwick and will feature speeches from Councillor Andrew Day, leader of Warwick District Council, and other local leaders as well as presentations of awards to the top-rated landlords to attract student tenants. The 'Rate Your Landlord' Awards covers all landlords in Coventry and Warwick district, and nominations can be submitted by their student tenants on the 'Rate Your Landlord' website. The winners will be chosen based on the ratings and feedback provided by their tenants.

100 days to go until the British Transplant Games kick off at the University of Warwick

The University of Warwick will be hosting the 2023 British Transplant Games from July 27th to 30th. This event, which celebrates the incredible achievements of athletes who have received transplants, will be held in partnership with the West Midlands Organ Donation Services and Coventry City Council.
