Michelle Feeney

Michelle Feeney

With a career marrying beauty with a social conscience, Michelle started in PR before moving to New York to take up roles with Estée Lauder and MAC cosmetics.

Helping to grow MAC into the world’s biggest make-up brand, Michelle also spearheaded the MAC AIDS Fund and Viva Glam initiatives.

Returning to the UK, Michelle became CEO of St Tropez (pioneering their Prince’s Trust collaboration), CEO of PZ Cussons Beauty Division, and later Founder of ethical British fragrance brand, Floral Street.

Nik Kotecha

Dr Nik Kotecha

A business leader, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and influencer, Nik currently serves as the Founder and Chair of Trustees of the Randal Foundation, which he set up with his family in 2017.

Alongside his philanthropic work, Nik founded Morningside Pharmaceuticals Ltd before leading its growth from a Midlands start-up into an internationally-renowned developer and manufacturer of generic medicines, exporting vital products to more than 120 countries.

Widely known as the “Godfather of EVs” for his pioneering role in electric vehicle development, Andy is one of Britain’s most distinguished automotive leaders.

Born in Stratford-upon-Avon, Andy began his career as a 16-year-old apprentice, eventually rising through the industry to become Chief Operating Officer of Nissan, and later President and Group CEO of Aston Martin.

Lynn Fordham

A chartered accountant by training and an international expert on hostile takeovers, Lynn was most recently Managing Partner of private investment firm Larchpoint Capital LLP.

Prior to joining Larchpoint, Lynn was CEO of SVG Capital for eight years having previously served as CFO. She also has experience working around the globe from Hong Kong to Cameroon in numerous sectors.

Ameya Prabhu

Ameya Prabhu

(BSc Economics, Politics and International Studies, 2007)

An economic and business leader, Ameya combines serving as Founder and Managing Director of NAFA Capital with a role as a Partner at UAP Advisors.

He also chairs Aarna Holdings and was appointed Co-Chair of CII International in 2025. A World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, he sits on the Board of Advisors for The Climate Group and is a published author whose writing has appeared in global media.

Clive Gillmore

A business leader, investor, and philanthropist, Clive currently serves as CEO, Group CIO, and a founding Partner of Mondrian Investment Partners Limited.

As well as chairing the CIO Forum and Global Equity Research Forum, Clive sits on the firm’s Global Equity Strategy Committee. Clive’s generous support founded the Gillmore Centre for Financial Technology, as well as supporting doctoral research through the Institute for Global Pandemic Planning.

Tim Hartnoll

A business leader, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, Tim is currently Chairman of SeaConsortium, operating as X-Press Feeders. As Founder and Patron of the Anambas Foundation, Tim actively supports marine conservation and sustainable development.

A longstanding donor to Warwick, he has provided funding for research, scholarships, and the creation of The Hartnoll Centre for Experimental Fuel Technologies.
