How do I get a copy of my degree certificate?

Please use this form to request a replacement copy of your award certificate, where your original certificate is lost or stolen. The University may produce a single replacement copy of your award certificate, with the original certificate cancelled upon issuing a replacement, so please be sure you need to do this. Replacement certificates are issued with the name that you were known as at the time of your studies. If your request is linked to a change of name associated with a change of gender/gender identity, please first read our Guide to Being Trans at Warwick.

Electronic Certificates

We now offer electronic certificates for students that graduated from the 1st of January 2009. For students that graduates between 2009 and April 2021, you will need to meet all of the eligibility requirements to be able to generate your digital certificate/s.

If you obtain an award from May 2021 onwards but do not already have a Gradintelligence account, we will create one for you and you will receive an email inviting you to activate the account once your digital certificate is ready to view. Please do not register your own account but rather wait for the university to do this on your behalf. If you did not receive, or have lost, your digital certificate/automated account registration email, please Contact Us to let us know.

How do I get a copy of my transcript?

If you studied an undergraduate course, and graduated after July 2012, the Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) has replaced the previous hard-copy academic transcript. You can access a digital copy of your transcript by logging into GradIntel.
