Your alumni number is your old student ID starting with “A” in front. If you are unsure of your alumni number please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and date of birth.

To renew your alumni card please complete our renewal form.
The Alumni card allows you to access the Library, Learning Grids on campus and the Sports and Wellness Hub (when you join a Sports membership scheme). During the current situation, the number of people on campus has had to be restricted and access to University buildings is being strictly controlled. Access to the Library and Learning Grids is currently restricted to staff and students only (Visiting the Library - University of Warwick Library)
If your award was conferred between 2009 and April 2021, please complete our Digital Certificates - Alumni Request Form if you would like to request digital copies of your certificate/s via the third Party Service Gradintelligence.
You will need to meet all of the eligibility requirements listed on the form for us to be able to generate your digital certificate/s. Please do not complete the form if you do not meet all eligibility requirements.
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible for digital certificates to be made available for awards issued prior to 1 January 2009 as award data before this date is held in a different format. We hope to be able to extend the Digital Certificate offering to earlier awards in future years.
If your award was conferred prior to May 2021 but you meet all of the other eligibility criteria for a digital certificate you can request a copy via our online request form.
If you studied an undergraduate course, and graduated after July 2012, the Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) has replaced the previous hard-copy academic transcript. You can access a digital copy of your transcript by logging into GradIntel.
