Workshop: Centring the Caribbean in Caribbean Migration and Development

Through exploring different viewpoints of postcolonial thought in relation to development theory (imperialism, plantation society, dependency, modernization, world systems theory and globalization), the aim is to appreciate how the Caribbean is positioned and viewed regionally and globally.
