Imperial History Workshop: New Frontiers in Imperial Networks, 5 May 2023, 12.00-17.30

This workshop will bring together students, ECRs and established academics in the field of imperial history to discuss new research, ideas, and directions on imperial networks. Following a roundtable format, the workshop will hear presentations from each of our panel of speakers, centring new research excavating the concept of imperial networks, before opening the session to broader questions and discussions from attendees. We hope this will allow for a focused yet collaborative approach that will allow attendees to learn from speakers whilst also discussing the relevance of imperial networks to their own work. The workshop should be of interest to anyone working on imperial, global or connected histories.
