Honorary Research Fellows Annual Lunch

A newly-instituted annual event for CSR Honorary Fellows to get together and meet, catch up and discuss our research. In future years, it will be scheduled to coincide with a bigger alumni event, but this year this is taking the form of our Shakespeare's Roses exhibition to which you should have had a separate invitation. So this year, I am writing to ask if you could tell me which days of 8, 9, 10 and 11 July you would be free to come to lunch? There are two options: we could have lunch on campus and have a tour of the new Faculty of Arts building or we could have lunch in Stratford upon Avon and visit the Shakespeare's Roses exhibition. You have a choice and whichever is more popular will win!

There are also some questions below which would help us to decide when to schedule this annual event, according to the availability of our fellows.

These questions relate to a 2025 event

On which of the following dates might you be able to come for a 2025 lunch? please tick all that apply.

The following questions relate to subsequent years

In subsequent years, which of the following ballpark dates would allow you to attend?
Which meal options could you NOT do, in general (i.e. if you have a day job which would make weekday lunch tricky)
Is it likely that you would want to book a room to stay on campus?
