CreaTech Frontiers
The Centre provides academic leadership to the CreaTech Frontiers consortium, led by Birmingham City University. A 5-year, £7.2 million project funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC), part of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) CreaTech Frontiers aims to establish a thriving createch ecosystem across the West Midlands
Global Green Media Network
The Global Green Media Network provides a platform for collaboration between academic research and industry practice. It explores the connection between environmentally sound media practices, local cultural values, media industry dynamics, economic policies, and climate change challenges.
Interdisciplinary Cultural Heritage
In partnership with colleagues from Monash University, and working with researchers from across the Faculty, the Centre is leading on an international programme of capacity building in heritage research.
CDI-TV
Developed in collaboration with colleagues from the Centre for Interdisciplinary Methodologies, CDI-TV features talks and discussions on key topics, artistic practices, emerging concepts, inventive methods, computational politics and interdisciplinary work on the digital with invited guests.
Cultural Policy Network
The Centre leads on the School's Cultural Policy research network, bringing together researchers from across the University with interests in cultural, media and creative industry and heritage policy work.
