Getting to Campus
The University of Warwick is situated four miles from Coventry City centre at the hub of the Midlands motorway network.
The TaPRA 2025 conference is hosted on the Central Campus of the University, located on the outskirts of Coventry with good transport links.
If using a sat nav use post code CV4 7AL which will bring you to the edge of campus, then follow signs for Central Campus.

Car Parking:
Complimentary car parking is available for delegates, please refer to the Warwick Conferences campus map. You also have the option to use our what3words references to get more defined information on car parks across campus (these can be found on the map linked above).
Delegates will be required to register for their car parking in advance on the link below and follow the instructions. You should use the promo code NNKBN to get free parking during the conference. Once on Central Campus look out for our Conference Parking signs and please note that some car parks may be 10-15 minutes’ walk from the conference facilities that you are attending. If you are staying in Radcliffe you should aim for the car park at Radcliffe itself. If you are staying in halls of residence, you should aim for Car Park 8.

- Accessible parking spaces are available on campus, see our accessible parking map for details. Please note that Health Centre Road is on a slight gradient.
- For accessible parking close to your accommodation (Blue Badge holders only), please contact TaPRA2025@warwick.ac.uk in advance of your arrival to arrange this.
- If you have particular car parking requirements (i.e. a minibus or high-sided vehicle), contact TaPRA2025@warwick.ac.uk in advance of your arrival.

Public Transport:
Coventry Railway Station, approximately four miles from the campus, is the nearest main-line train station to the University. There is a taxi rank located at the Station and on Central Campus. There are also regular bus services to the University Campus from Coventry City Centre and Coventry Railway Station, with the journey taking approximately 15-20 minutes. The stop for Central Campus is the University of Warwick Bus Interchange. Airport
Birmingham International Airport is approximately 20 minutes from Campus by car. There is a taxi rank at Birmingham International Airport. The railway station at Birmingham Airport is called Birmingham International. During weekdays trains depart from Birmingham International to Coventry Rail Station on average every 10 minutes. The journey takes between 10-15 minutes.
