In order to help you to plan ahead, we are announcing our expected fees for the conference. These will be subject to change, and will be confirmed when registration opens in Spring 2025. You should also check out anticipated costs for the accommodation and conference dinner.

Registration Desk Opening Times:

The conference registration desk will be in the Oculus building. It will be open during the following times:

• Tuesday 26 August 2025 – 4-7pm
• Wednesday 27 August 2025 – 8.30am-6pm
• Thursday 28 August 2025 – 8am-6pm
• Friday 29 August 2025 – 9am-5pm
