Estimated Fees
In order to help you to plan ahead, we are announcing our expected fees for the conference. These will be subject to change, and will be confirmed when registration opens in the week commencing 12 May 2025. You should also check out anticipated costs for the accommodation and conference dinner.
All conference fees include TaPRA membership for one year (£35 standard / £17 concession) starting 30 August 2025 and running until the 2026 annual conference.
Concessionary rates are for students (PGT and PGR), independent scholars and artists and unwaged scholars and artists.

The TaPRA Registration Desk Opening Times:
During the conference, the conference registration desk will be in the Oculus building. Guidance on getting to and around campus during the TaPRA conference can be found here. The TaPRA Registration Desk will be open during the following times to pick up your conference pack, ask questions etc:
- Tuesday 26 August 2025 – 5pm-7pm
- Wednesday 27 August 2025 – 8.30am-6pm
- Thursday 28 August 2025 – 8am-6pm
- Friday 29 August 2025 – 9am-5pm
