Head of School for Cross-faculty Studies & Academic Director
for Global Sustainable Development and Liberal Arts

The School is headed by Professor Stéphanie Panichelli-Batalla who is the Academic Director for the School's courses. Stéphanie is supported by a team of academic colleagues working on the Liberal Arts and Global Sustainable Development degrees.

Stéphanie joined the Global Sustainable Development programme in May 2017. Prior to that, she worked in the School of Languages and Social Sciences at Aston University, in the Modern Languages Department at Wingate University and in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at Princeton University.

Stéphanie's research focuses on Caribbean Studies from an interdisciplinary point of view, bridging the areas of Cultural Studies, Sociology and Oral History.
