Maximising research impact using the arts - theatre, digital media and installations - to promote public engagement with science

- Export as iCalendar
Location: University of Warwick, School of Life Sciences

By STAMP – Gillian Hundt, Claudette Bryanston, Chris Harrison, Catherine Elliott Kemp and Ben Robinson

This seminar is being given by STAMPdirectors who are a team with experience in academic research, theatre making and digital media (www.stamproductions.co.uk).

They have worked collaboratively delivering innovative public engagement with a number of academics (including in SLS and WMS) over the years. It will set out ways of doing this by drawing on funding sources and examples of public engagement in the areas of medicine and health with the reaction of audiences.

They will be posing the question whether your own research could be presented through public engagement to increase its impact on the wider public and the scientific community.
