Student Staff Liaison Committee
Introduction
The SSLC for ADC represents participants from our two credit-bearing programmes: PGA Curriculum Development and PGA Digital Education. It is unique in that all 'students' on the programmes are also members of staff, The SSLC also includes two academic convenors who are members of staff in ADC. The SSLC maintains links with the Students' Union.
The SSLC allows participants to have a say on their programme and their resources. It also provides a mechanism for ADC to consult with participants and receive feedback on new proposals. The idea is that agendas are set by participant and is a mechanism for participants and staff to discuss ideas and solve any problems connected with the programmes.
Ideally there will be a volunteer (preferably elected) rep from each programme.

An SSLC Padlet will serve as a mechanism for sharing between reps, participants and academic convenors. All participants will have access to the Padlet, which will include a list of prompts to support participants in saying what is important to them. Participants will be able to add comments, questions or concerns anonymously or with their names. These will be reviewed periodically. Reps will be invited to support contributions to the Padlet and to explain in more detail any points raised.
