Teaching small groups explores a range of skills and approaches important to learning in seminar-sized settings
By the end of the session you will have;
- Gained an understanding of key skills for small group teaching, including building trust and collaborative working, promoting active learning in your discipline and facilitating effective discussion and debate.
- Practised these skills in a series of brief exercises.
You are advised to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the practical exercises in this workshop
