For the current RSC/Warwick Fellowship at the CAPITAL centre, Claudette is researching a new production on death and dying entitled Passing On, through a series of workshops with playwright Mike Kenny and puppeteer artistic director Peter Granville in collaboration with the Institute of Health.

Claudette has been teaching and directing theatre for over twenty-five years and has directed more than thirty productions many of which have toured nationally and internationally. Recent productions include Bear Hug by Robin French and Gilgamesh by Derrek Hines for Classworks Theatre Cambridge of which she is co-artistic director. Her teaching experience is mostly in Higher Education and includes teaching for the MFA in stage directing at Boston University to directing final year acting students in practical drama at De Montford University. For the University of Warwick, Claudette co-ordinated the Theatre in Education module for the Institute of Education and is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Health where she has created two productions.and co-convened the Applied Theatre Group. She has also led many workshops in secondary schools and is currently an advisor for Creative Partnerships.
