Multiple Materials, Multiple Voices

In this active learning session I will model a theory building exercise designed to encourage students to develop ideas, lines of inquiry and hypotheses based on the social discussion and manipulation of multiple materials and voices. The immediate context is the study of Bertolt Brecht's Life of Galileo from dramaturgical, historical and political perspectives.
