Other Arthurs
In June 2010 the Royal Shakespeare Company is presenting an “Exploring Arthur” weekend, a series of events around its production of Morte D’Arthur:
Director Talk (16th June, 5.15pm-6pm, The Courtyard Theatre)
Morte D'Arthur Exhibition (From June, The Courtyard Theatre)
Exhibition Talk (24th June, 5.30pm-6.15pm, The Courtyard Theatre)
Storytelling - King Arthur and His Knights (26th June, 9.15pm-10am; 10.30am-11am, Waterside Space)
Adapting Arthur (26th June, 3pm-4.30pm, Waterside Space)
Endless Knight (26th June, 5.30pm-6.30pm, Waterside Space)
Other Arthurs (27th June, 3pm, The Dell)
Sunday Brunch - Authoring Arthur (27th June, 11.30am (brunch); 1pm-2pm, The Courtyard Theatre)
Central to these events, Warwick students have devised a one-hour performance around the theme of Arthurian legend (Other Arthurs). The piece will be performed on 27 June at the Dell (the RSC’s outdoor performance space in Stratford-upon-Avon) at 3pm. Admission is free.
