This information is given to help in the registration process:

Enrolment
Enrolments will normally be accepted in receipt order.

The deadline for enrolment is two weeks before the beginning of the course.

The publicity material provided is for information only and does not constitute an offer which could form part of a contract. We reserve the right to cancel these Summer Schools if they do not achieve the number of students required for viability and to alter arrangements if circumstances so demand.

Meals
Where refreshments are provided, please ensure you complete the relevant section of the booking form to advise us of any special dietary requirements.

Alteration and cancellation by the University
The University reserves the right to alter details of any course should illness or any other emergency prevent a tutor from teaching, and to cancel a course if exceptionally low enrolments would make it educationally unviable.

Refunds
Fees will be refunded automatically and in full if a Summer School is cancelled due to insufficient enrolments. In the event of any student wishing to cancel a place on a Summer School after enrolment, a refund of 50% of the fee will be made providing such a request is made in writing no later than 28 days before the commencement of the School. No refunds will be made after such time.

Data Protection Act
The names of people enquiring about or enrolled on our Summer Schools are held on a database which will be used to send future information about Open Studies modules.
