Digital Health and Rights Project launches multi-country study

The Digital Health and Rights Project launched a four-country participatory action research study with 300-400 diverse young adults into digital human rights in Colombia, Ghana, Kenya and Vietnam in May. Young community members travel with national research teams to speak to young people living with HIV and key populations in rural, urban and peri-urban settings about their rights and the future world they want online. Prof. Meg Davis and Dr. Bernard Koomson traveled to provide technical assistance, training and support to national researchers. The findings will be shared with community members for validation later this year and used in digital literacy training and in policy advocacy. The project is supported by Fondation Botnar, a Swiss foundation.
