CIM researcher Michael Dieter (https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/cross_fac/cim/people/michael-dieter/Link opens in a new window) will present his ongoing work on super apps at Resonate/ESRC Festival of Social Science. “Super apps” are on the rise worldwide, especially in Southeast Asia, India and Africa. These are “do-everything apps” that offer a wide range of services in a single interface, making them more integrated into people's lives.
