Artificial Societies Symposium / Call for Abstracts
Symposium alert! The event Artificial Societies: Confronting Social Engineering after the Techlash will take place on Friday March 7th at the University of Warwick and will feature speakers such as Karen Gregory, Mona Sloane and Noortje Marres, alongside other speakers.
PhD researchers Matias Valderrama and Greta Timaite (Centre for Interdisciplinary Methodologies, University of Warwick) together with Addie McGowan, Elif Buse Doyuran, and Meenakshi Mani (Futures Insitute Edinburgh, University of Edinburgh) have been awarded funding from the Sociological Review FoundationLink opens in a new window to organise this Symposium.
An open call for abstracts has been launched inviting all researchers including Early-Career researchers and PhD candidates to take part in the event. The
deadline to submit abstracts is January 29th. Registration for the event can be done using the same form. Check the event’s webpage for more information:
