This talk will introduce you to the Atos IT Challenge.

The Atos IT Challenge is based around designing a technical solution, with a practical application. The 15 teams who get to the second stage in the competition are allocated a mentor and coach from the Atos Scientific Community (our most senior technical experts) who work with the students on developing their idea – so a great learning opportunity to work with someone in industry. The challenge will also ask the students to build a business plan around their idea, so it is a great combination of utilising / developing new technical skills as well as developing business acumen. One point to note is that students do retain the IP of any ideas they develop as part of the competition.
