IATL at 15 - Warwick 60th Anniversary Online Event

As part of the University of Warwick’s 60th Anniversary celebrations, we are delighted to invite you to a special event marking the 15th anniversary of the Institute for Advanced Teaching and Learning (IATL).

This event, which is part of a day of activities, will celebrate IATL’s evolution and its distinctive contribution to educational innovation at Warwick, as well as explore the future of innovative teaching and learning across the University and beyond.

You are welcome to attend the event joining remotely for the Opening Statements from Professor Stuart Croft, Vice-Chancellor at the University of Warwick, and Professor Elena Riva, Head of Department at IATL.

This will be followed by a Panel Discussion: Educational Innovation, chaired by Professor Elena Riva and featuring previous IATL's Directors:

  • Professor Nick Monk, Executive Director, Sheridan Center for Teaching and Learning, Brown University (USA)
  • Professor Paul Taylor, President of BCUR and Professor of Chemical Education, University of Leeds
  • Professor Jonathan Hickman-Heron, Academic Director (PGR) and Director of Engagement, IATL
