Janice joined IATL as Project Manager in early 2022, returning to the university having earlier spent nine years at Warwick Medical School working in project management. In between she was Student Experience Manager at the charity Education for Health. Janice has a PhD in English Literature from the University of Michigan in the US and spends her spare time cultivating wildlife- and pollinator-friendly spaces
