Support Student Research

Book
  • ICUR

IATL manages the International Conference of Undergraduate Research (ICUR): an annual, two-day academic conference that showcases excellence in undergraduate research from around the world. It provides undergraduate researchers with a unique opportunity to present their research to interdisciplinary audiences across international borders in real-time, video-linked sessions from their home campus.

But ICUR isn’t just a conference – it’s a comprehensive, year-round programme of training and support, through which students develop the academic and professional skills they’ll need at Warwick and beyond, and the confidence to deploy them.

We’re always looking for experts and enthusiasts at Warwick to contribute to our ICUR training programme, or to act as reviewers in our supportive ICUR Abstract Review process. We also welcome enquiries about how we can support ICUR advertising and recruitment in your department.

  • Reinvention: An International Journal of Undergraduate Research

Would you like to become a peer reviewer and support new student researchers? Reinvention an International Journal of Undergraduate Research is an established and respected peer review journal, published by IATL twice a year by IATL. The journal supports and nurtures academic writing for student researchers and we are looking for academics who are willing to be contacted to peer review papers, provide constructive feedback to authors.

  • Student Research Staff Network

The Student Research Staff Network at Warwick is managed by IATL. It’s a community network that keeps everyone updated on student research opportunities at the university and encourages feedback from participants from their departments. All staff who are interested in supporting student research are encouraged to join – there are options to register as an individual or as a departmental lead contact.
