Special Opportunity to Devise and Perform Work as Part of the University's 50th Anniversary Project

FellSwoop Theatre (formed of Warwick alumni) are exploring at the history of protest at the university over the last 50 years. The project is based upon the 2014 IATL Student Ensemble creative project which resulted in the performance, To Know How You Stand.

Over the next few months the company will research and set tasks for the students who will be participating in a performance event at Warwick Arts Centre in November. This is part of the 50th Anniversary project Warwick 2065: Performance and the University, based at IATL.

While To Know How You Stand was a broad exploration of political decisions people make, this new piece intends to emphasise Warwick's campus history and its relationship with politics and protest. We will engage with a variety of students throughout the process and we will audition potential participants through an open workshop on Monday 22 June at 6pm in the Humanities Studio.

If you would like to sign-up for a place, please email: fellswooptheatre@gmail.com with the subject heading WARWICK.
