HealthyMindEd project: Promoting healthy digital teaching and learning in higher education

The HealthyMindEd project is organised and conducted by a research team from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in collaboration with the University of Warwick (United Kingdom), MEDEA: Media & Learning IVZW (Belgium), and Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (Germany). This project is funded by Erasmus+ and approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB-CERec150).

The purpose of the HealthyMindEd project is to explore how digital education such as online courses and virtual learning affects the mental, physical, and emotional health of students and teaching staff in universities. The goal is to improve digital education in a way that promotes better wellbeing for everyone involved, creating a healthier and more balanced learning experience for both students and teachers.
