Introducing Sustainability Action Warwick – A New Podcast Showcasing Warwick's Sustainability Leadership

I'm pleased to share the launch of Sustainability Action Warwick, a new monthly podcast exploring how the University of Warwick is tackling sustainability challenges across environmental, social, and institutional dimensions.

This podcast, developed as part of the Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) Action Group, will showcase the innovative projects, research breakthroughs, and dedicated people working to create a more sustainable campus and future.

We want to hear your stories.

Sustainability Action Warwick will feature the real work happening across our university community. Whether you're leading campus transformation projects, conducting sustainability research, championing student initiatives, advancing social justice, or innovating in your department, we want to share your story.

Would you like to be a guest?

We're looking for those keen to share:

  • Sustainability projects and their impact
  • Research innovations addressing environmental and social challenges
  • Student-led initiatives and Green Champion work
  • How Warwick is implementing its sustainability strategy
  • Social justice and equity work

No previous podcast experience required! Episodes are conversational, recorded remotely, and take about 20-30 minutes. The podcast will run monthly, with the first episode launching in early 2026. If you'd like your project and work to feature, please get in touch before Christmas.

Want to get involved in other ways?

If you're interested in co-hosting episodes or gaining podcast editing experience, please get in touch. We'd love to make this a collaborative endeavour.
