Information on PiP attendees

 

Please give details below of the student presenters who will be representing your institution at Posters in Parliament and upload a PDF of their research poster by 14 February 2025.   These names will be used to create guest passes and to email invitations.  They will also be given to security ahead of the event.  

Please note that posters will be printed in A1 size (594mm x 841mm). 

Please ensure your non-presenting guests have registered at this form by 22 February 2025. 

All guests and student presenters are invited to participate in optional morning activities.  Places are distributed on a first come, first served basis.  More information and the booking form at the links below.

Please remember that all guests and presenters are welcome to sign up before 22 Feb 2024 for a free Parliamentary Outreach workshop or House of Lords tour for the morning of 28 Feb 2024 - places are given on a first come first served basis and are limited.  Invitations will be emailed on 26 Feb 2024 and will need to be produced to give access to the tours/workshop.
