Posters in Parliament 2025 - 5 March 2025, 1.30-3.30 pm, Attlee Suite, Portcullis House


Filming and Photography consent before Monday 1st March: Filming and photography will take place throughout the Posters in Parliament 2025 event. The footage and photographs will be used for archival and communication purposes including but not limited to use on the University of Warwick website and in publicity and promotional materials, as well as the promotion of the next Posters in Parliament events by future hosting institutions including The University of Warwick. If you do not see this form before 1st March we will also have a form at the registration desk during the event.

Dietary requirements

Please confirm dietary requirements before Thursday 27th February: We will be serving light refreshments at the event, therefore please let us know BEFORE 5pm on Thursday 27th February if you have any particular dietary requirements. This form does not guarantee dietary requirements will be fulfilled however we will do our up most to fulfil them. If during the event you have any questions about the food and drinks available, please ask a member of the Portcullis catering staff for more information.

Your attendance at the event will be recorded and associated with your name, but no other personally identifiable data will be stored, and the data will not be used for any purpose other than as a record of the event.
