Posters in Parliament 2027 Institution Expression of Interest

Provisional date: Wednesday 17 March 2027

The University of Warwick is pleased to be planning Posters in Parliament 2027.

To help us gauge interest in the event, please complete this form by 11th October 2026 to register your institution's interest in taking part.

Places are available for up to 26 institutions. Once capacity is reached, any additional expressions of interest (EOIs) will be added to a waiting list, so we encourage you to submit your EOI as soon as possible. After the 11th October deadline, we will contact all applicants with an update. The first 26 institutions to submit an EOI will be offered a place, subject to a commitment to support the event and pay the participation fee.

For the past few years, the participation fee has remained at £350, however due to increased costs to deliver the event the fee for 2027 will be £400, which includes the poster exhibition (1.30pm to 3.30pm), a light lunch, and refreshments. We also hope to arrange a tour of the UK Parliament and offer outreach training on getting your research heard in the UK Parliament.

We are also exploring the option of extending the event, subject to room availability. This would include additional networking time and for lunch before the poster exhibition and would be priced at approximately £500. Please indicate in the form below ALL participation options your institution would be interested in.

This fee will cover:

  • Participation for two student presenters
  • Admission for up to four institutional guests
  • Access to the Posters in Parliament event at the Attlee Suite, Portcullis House, Houses of Parliament
  • Poster printing
  • Event giveaways and light refreshments
  • An optional morning tour and workshop

Participating institutions will be invited to select two student researchers to present their work to MPs, Peers and policymakers during the poster exhibition at the Houses of Parliament. Presenters and guests will also have the opportunity to take part in a parliamentary tour and workshops on engaging with the UK Parliament.

Each institution may bring up to four additional staff members or guests. Requests for further tickets should be discussed with the Warwick organising team in advance, as entry cannot be guaranteed due to venue capacity limits.
