This form is for ALL people who wish to attend the event, this includes presenters, institutional contacts and guests of participating institutions. Thank you. 

Posters in Parliament 2026

A celebration of British undergraduate research from universities across the country, hosted by the University of Warwick for the British Conference of Undergraduate Research. 

  • Wednesday 25th February 2026

  • 1:30pm - 3:30pm. Speeches and certificates awarded at 3:00pm

  • Attlee Suite, Portcullis House, Victoria Embankment, London, SW1A 2LW 

Student researchers from 26 higher education institutions from across the country will be exhibiting their research projects to MPs, Peers, policy advisors, academics and researchers in the Attlee Suite, Portcullis House, between 1:30pm - 3:30pm

As a British Conference of Undergraduate Research (BCUR) event, Posters in Parliament is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate British undergraduate research, as well as to showcase the tremendous progress that the UK has made in this area. BCUR has made a significant contribution to this success and continues to work to promote undergraduate research in all disciplines by providing students with opportunities to share their research through poster presentations, spoken papers, or creative outputs.

Light refreshments will be available throughout the event.

Please register by completing this form by Wednesday 11th February 2026.

Guests will be emailed tickets to the event from Wednesday 18th February 2026. Each guest will be required to show their ticket and photo ID at the security desk before entering Portcullis House.

Dietary requirements 

During the poster exhibition light refreshments will be available such as sandwiches, biscuits, tea, coffee and water. Please let us know if you have any particular dietary requirements and we will endeavour to make sure you are catered for. We cannot guarantee this but we will do our best.

Event filming and photography

During the poster exhibition filming and photography will take place. The footage and photographs will be used for archival and communication purposes including but not limited to the use of the University of Warwick website and in publicity and promotional materials, as well as the promotion of the next Posters in Parliament events for BCUR by future hosting institutions including the University of Warwick.

Poster presenters

This section is for all poster presenters.

After the event, we would like to use your poster on our website and social media platforms to promote the Poster in Parliament opportunity. This is based from the social media accounts of the Institute for Advanced Teaching and Learning, University of Warwick. Please select one option.

Optional additional activities for all Posters in Parliament 2026 attendees

These options are open to student researchers who have been selected to present and attend Posters in Parliament 2026 by their institution, and for guests invited to attend. Please note that the event attendee form is completely separate from the optional activities forms and therefore should be completed separately as relevant.

Your attendance at the event will be recorded and associated with your name and your place of employment given for the event, no other personally identifiable data will be stored, and the data will not be used for any purpose other than as a record of the event. Presenters are asked above to confirm their approval for use of their research poster in additional communications regarding the event.
