Submission Form for University of Warwick Entries to Posters in Parliament 2026.

This form is for University of Warwick students who have been invited to submit their application to participate in the event on Wednesday 25th February 2026, at the Houses of Parliament, Westminster, London.

Please complete all sections of the form, and ensure you are available to travel to London for the event. Your travel and costs for refreshments will be covered on agreement with the Institute for Advanced Teaching and Learning. 

Before 25th January 2026 please provide the following details via the form, these are:

  • Name, contact details, your degree
  • Research poster information and the poster as a PDF to the required format and size
  • Abstract of your research
  • A 250-word research explanation - this must be written in a way which explains the research to a non-subject matter expert, and is suitable for an MP or policy advisor.

IMPORTANT:

  • We will print the PDF files for posters and which has to be provided at the time of submission. No later than 25th January 2026. Please note that posters will be printed in A1 size (594mm x 841mm).
