When you borrow equipment from us we ask that you:

• Make a list of all the items you borrow, so that you can check them all back in when you’ve finished with them.
• Make sure that all the items are returned where you found them, and that the equipment cupboard is kept tidy.
• Everything you use will need to be returned in the same condition. If you’ll be putting blankets/cushions on the floor please make sure the floor is clean, and ask anyone using the space to take off their shoes.
• Let us know if you find anything broken or dirty.

When you’ve returned the equipment, we will get in touch to ask you for a brief description of how you used the equipment, how many people used the space, and how effective the equipment was/what the equipment added to the session. If you take any photos of the event it would be great to have those as well – this helps us to keep track of how the equipment is being used, whether we need to add new items, create training for using the equipment, as well as helping us to learn from how other people use the equipment. You can supply this information by emailing us (thedarkwould at warwick dot ac dot uk), or one of the team will be happy to go for a chat over a coffee and cake!
