Summary
This project can be a new way to increase student employability by connectingstudents with startups through short and accessible micro-internships. Lots ofstudents struggle to gain experience due to high entry requirements, while smallorganisations lack the resources to hire full-time employers. This pilot willdevelop and test a simple platform where startups can post small, real tasks andstudents can gain practical experience, feedback, and a verified portfolio. Theproject focuses on creating fair, structured opportunities that avoid unpaidlabour while improving access to early career experience. The pilot will evaluateengagement, feasibility, and impact for future development.
