Dr Lynsey McCulloch
Lynsey joined IATL in 2021 as its Journal and Conferences Coordinator. She works on Reinvention—an online, open access and peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the publication of high-quality undergraduate research—and ICUR: the International Conference of Undergraduate Research, alongside colleagues at Monash University in Australia.
Prior to joining the University of Warwick, Lynsey was Assistant Professor of English Literature at Coventry University. Her research is interdisciplinary, encompassing literature, history, dance and visual studies. In 2019, she edited The Oxford Handbook of Shakespeare and Dance (OUP). Her next book, Dance and the Static Image, is forthcoming from Bloomsbury and she has recently undertaken British Academy funded research into the memorial practices associated with COVID-19. Lynsey has also published on pedagogy, with a focus on outdoor learning and environmental education within Higher Education.
An experienced teacher and trainer, Lynsey is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has been the recipient of several teaching awards. She remains committed to widening participation in HE and empowering students to realise their full potential.
