As part of our Strategy, IATL is committed to lead on, develop and deliver Learning Beyond Borders opportunities.
To achieve our ambitious goals in this area, we have outlined key commitments:
To create Global Classrooms that stretch and challenge ‘ways of knowing’ through internationalising and decolonising pedagogies;
To develop transnational and intercultural relationships to encourage and facilitate communication and collaboration between people from diverse backgrounds;
To produce educational models, resources and holistic learning experiences that develop individualised 'global' skills and knowledge for academic, personal and professional life;
To promote, design and implement global and inclusive education strategies that foster teaching and learning experiences that transcend disciplinary boundaries and borders.
