Student Research
Students are - and should be recognised as - key contributors to the creation of knowledge, and to the research culture at the University and beyond. IATL’s approach to student research seeks to support, develop, and expand this contribution.
We encourage all students to participate in research and develop research skills, as well as offering local, national, and international dissemination opportunities, enabling students to have an active voice in the research conversation. Through our activities, we explore opportunities to embed student research in the curriculum and through our extensive networks we are regarded as leaders in student research dissemination nationally and internationally. We will continue to develop supportive, innovative and sector-leading initiatives which position the student confidently in the academic research community.
